If you have discovered a problem with product quality after signing for the delivery that comply with our return conditions, please contact Nihao Chef on our WeChat group. All customer inquiries will be dealt with within 24 hours. It may not be possible to sign in person with delivery personnel during the COVID-19 pandemic, so if you find your delivered goods do not match the order or there are any other reasons that require a return or exchange, please contact customer service within 24 hours. 签收后商品,如发现质量问题,符合退货条件的商品, 请与你好大厨 Nihaochef.ca客服微信号联络,将在24小时内予以处理。疫情时期无法当面签收,如发现货品与订单不符等任何需退换货的情况,请于24小时内与客服联系。
